Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ClubInKL, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Booking Policy
All bookings are subject to availability. Payment confirms your reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a refund.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
4. User Conduct
Users must provide accurate information. Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination.
5. Liability
ClubInKL acts as a booking platform. We are not responsible for the conduct or policies of individual clubs.
